The Berliner Philharmoniker's final concert of the season is an outdoor event attracting over 22,000 attendees. This concert features Shostakovich’s Suite No. 2 for Jazz Orchestra. The audience is transported to the enchanting landscapes of Italy with Respighi’s “Fountains of Rome” and “Pines of Rome” from his famous orchestral Roman trilogy. Another highlight is the Suite from the film score of “La Strada” by Nino Rota, renowned for his collaborations with director, Federico Fellini.
