A retrospective review with deliberate pacing, formality, and a lack of showmanship. Morricone disliked spectacle and avoided “greatest hits” theatrics. He rarely conducted publicly yet this captures him late in life, reviewing decades of his work including The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Cinema Paradiso, The Untouchables and The Mission.
